CHOCOLATE HAZLENUT PORRIDGE - GLUTEN AND GRAIN FREE

Ingredients
150g/1 cup activated buckwheat
360ml/1 1/2 cup water
360ml/1 1/2 cup coconut milk
110g/3/4 cup roasted hazelnuts
65g/1/2 cup raw cacao powder)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a saucepan on medium heat add the
buckwheat and water, allow the water to absorb. It should take about 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk, cacao powder and salt,
cook and stir until the buckwheat becomes nice and soft. It should take around 15 minutes. Be sure not to boil. Pour in a cute bowl and top with roasted
hazelnuts.
