WATERMELON AND LIME ICE POPS

WATERMELON AND LIME POPS



4 Ingredients
800g/4 cups watermelon, diced
60ml/1/4 cup fresh lime juice (1-2 limes)
1 teaspoon lime zest
85g/1/4 cup honey





Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until fully pureed.  Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.  If you don't have an ice pop mold handy, make mini pops in an ice cube tray, or use small paper cups!  Store in the freezer at least 8 hours or overnight.
