RASPBERRY AND PURPLE CABBAGE PUDDING
Ingredients
400g/2 cups of raspberries
200g/1 cup of purple cabbage (cuted into
pieces)
2 apples
3 dates
1 handful of raisins
240ml/1 cup of water
Preparation
* Pour one cup of water in a blender and
add the cabbage cubes.
* Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and
add to the blender along with raspberries, dates and handful of raisins.
