RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE - DAIRY FREE

RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Serves 2

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs coconut oil
2 tsp chia seeds
60ml/1/4 cup almond milk
50g/1/4 cup raspberries





Instructions
Add all your ingredients to your food processor and blend until consistently smooth. Ensure you stop and scrap the mixture of the sides then continue blending.  Once it's smooth, serve in a jar or gorgeous serving glass with some raspberries and coconut on top.  Chill for 2 hours then serve.
