GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH MANGO AND PINEAPPLE

This smoothie is great tasting. You can add some nut butter or protein powder to this smoothie or some wheatgrass powder or spirulina powder.
Green Smooth with pineapple and mango
Ingredients:
Large handful of spinach
200g pineapple chunks
200g frozen mango chunks
1 medium ripe banana, peeled (previously
frozen in chunks is ideal)
200g strawberries, blueberries, raspberries,
or a favourite berry
240ml almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon+ vanilla extract
honey orMedjool dates to sweeten
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and
blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Pour extra portions into freezer-safe cups and
freeze for up to 1 month, thawing before serving.
