WHATS HOLDING YOU TOGETHER
We all have times in our lives where we feel like everything is going wrong and its tearing you apart.
Instead of getting anxious or depressed, try and focus on a few things like:-
What things do you have that make you grateful such as your health, somewhere nice to live.
The thing that is happening to you will make you stronger as a person and it is not always going to be like this.
Focus on the now and live for that day and not to think of what the future will hold.
Try to get out in nature or do yoga, or meditation. Take time for yourself and find your own space to just be one with yourself.
What makes you a happy person, try and distract yourself from the bad thoughts and do something that makes you happy.
