OREGANO


I love to include oregano when I am cooking.  Here are some benefits from eating oregano.  This amazing herb has so many nutritional benefits.

Oregano contains vitamins A, C, E, and K, fibre, folate, iron, magnesium, vitamin B6, calcium, and potassium.  It is a strong antioxidant that can support your immune system. Oregano is high in antioxidants and has 42 times the antioxidants of an apple.
