COCONUT RASPBERRY HEARTS

COCONUT RASPBERRY HEARTS [VEGAN]

INGREDIENTS
80g/1 cup coconut chips
60ml/1/4 cup coconut milk
A pinch sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
150g/3/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons unrefined sugar, or stevia, to taste (optional)



Blend, scrape down the sides, continue blending until completely smooth.
Pour into desired mold.  Freeze for 2 or more hours until solid
