FIBROIDS



Fibroids are a painful condition that can occur in women of any age. They are more common in menstruating women who have higher amounts of estrogen.

Fibroids are tumorous growths that occur on the uterus. They can cause complications in pregnancy and they can be a cause of infertility, miscarriage and heavy periods. They are the number one reason for having a hysterectomy.

PERI AND MENOPAUSE: Help for PMS and Period Regulation







SEED CYCLING


Seeds are rich in essential fatty acids and nutrients, like zinc and selenium, which are the building blocks to help create healthy hormones.

Seeds also contain lignans, which have a weak estrogenic effect that can help to improve estrogen and progesterone levels in your body.

Flaxseeds in particular can help to get the estrogens out that are fake estrogens and you don’t want lots of those.

There has also been a study to show that flaxseeds have a positive effect on PCOS.

So, seeds can have a mighty big effect to help create healthy hormones.

There is of course much more to it than that, but seed cycling can certainly help you.

Hair loss is quite common during perimenopause when your hormones are on a rollercoaster ride.  



You do also lose hair naturally as you get older but only a small amount.  You may just notice it a bit thinner than before.



You should not be losing big clumps of hair though, that is not natural.
