PERIMENOPAUSE - WHAT IS MENOPAUSE?





WHAT IS MENOPAUSE? 



I speak to a lot of women who are not looking forward to menopause.  I ask them why and they tell me that it includes lots of horrible symptoms like hot flashes and anxiety.



Menopause can be an awakening when your hormones are changing and you stop menstruating and having babies.



This is a time to pay more attention on you and your needs.



This is a time for taking up a new hobby or learning something new.
