For women over 40, you probably have your comforts, you have your routines and so thinking about changes makes you feel a bit uncomfortable.
I am here to tell you that I have been there. I made changes in my life 5 years ago and I have never looked back. In my 40's I feel much healthier and have more energy and sleep better.

When you are in your 40's your skin will start to show signs of aging, maybe a few wrinkles around your eyes and mouth to begin with.
The skin has two layers the dermis and the epidermis. The skin protects you from harsh weather and the environmental toxins that are everywhere and can affect the health of your skin. As you age, the skin cells turnover is reduced.

When you are in your 20's and 30's you have a plan, a way of eating and exercising that works for you.
When you are in your 40's and your hormones are going up and down like a rollercoaster ride, this plan tends to go out of the window!
Your fat loss stalls and you maybe are accumulating more fat around your body and you can't seem to figure it out. You may even be eating healthily and exercising well but it is making no difference.
